At Built Different, we stand by the quality of our premium streetwear and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
